RECIPE
Hole in One
40 ml. whiskey
20 ml. dry vermouth
2 dashes lemon juice
1 dash orange juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

ホールインワンといえばゴルフですよね。
Today’s cocktail is Hole in One.
ベースはウイスキー。
日本のカクテルブックではバーボンを使っているのでハーパーで作ってみましょう。
Pour 40ml of whiskey into a shaker.
ドライベルモットを注ぎます。
このレシピからドライマンハッタンの変形といわれています。
Pour 20ml of dry vermouth.
レモンジュースとオレンジジュースをほんの少し。
シェークをして注ぎます。
Pour 2dashes of lemon juice,1dash of orange juice.
海外のカクテル紹介サイトではベースがスコッチで作っているものが多いので、
バランタインでも作ってみます。

バーボンベース、スコッチベースともにすっきりとした味わいです。
