Scotch Kilt
40 ml. scotch whiskey
20 ml. drambuie
2 dashes orange bitters
lemon twist
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.Garnish with lemon twist.
今日はスコッチ・キルトを作ります。
スコットランドの民族衣装であのチェックのスカートみたいなものです。
Today’s cocktail is Scotch Kilt.
ベースはスコッチウイスキー。バランタイン、バランタイン12年で作り比べます。
40mlミキシンググラスに注ぎます。
Pour 40ml of scotch whiskey into a mixing glass with ice.
ドランブイを20ml。
ラスティネイルと同じですね。
Pour 20ml of drambuie.
オレンジビターズを2ダッシュ。
ステアして、カクテルグラスに注ぎます。
Pour 2 dash of orange bitters.
Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
レモンピールで爽やかな香りをつけます。
Garnish with lemon twist.
ラスティネイルを洗練された、上品にしたカクテルです。
バランタイン12年ももちろん美味しいのですが、バランタインもなかなかいい感じでした。
ただ、氷を入れない分アルコール度数は高いままなので要注意といったところでしょうか。
