RECIPE
White Lily
20 ml. gin
20 ml. white rum
20 ml. white curacao
1 dash pernod
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
今日はホワイト・リリーを作ります。
Today’s cocktail is White Lily.
まずはジン。
ビーフィーターを20mlミキシンググラスに注ぎます。
Pour 20ml of beefeater gin into a mixing glass.
ホワイトラムを20ml。
バカルディを使いました。
Pour 20ml of white rum.I used bacardi.
コアントローを20ml。
ペルノーを1ダッシュ入れ、ステアします。
Pour 20ml of cointreau,1 dash of pernod.
ペルノーがほんの少し入っている分、白濁したカクテルになります。
まさに白いユリの色合いになりました。
Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
It looks like white lily.
コアントローの甘みが口の中に広がります。
ペルノーの風味はあまり感じられませんが、結構強いカクテルです。
いや、これは強すぎる…
I felt sweetness of cointreau,but it’s strong.too strong..
