Yellowjacket
60 ml.(2 oz.) pineapple juice
60 ml.(2 oz.) orange juice
15 ml.(1/2 oz.) lemon juice
lemon slice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into rock glass with ice.Garnish with lemon slice.

Yellowjacket is the common name in North America for predatory wasps.
パイナップルジュースを2oz(60ml)。
Pour 60ml(2oz) of pineapple juice into a shaker.
オレンジジュースを2oz(60ml)、レモンジュースを1/2oz(15ml)。
Pour 60ml(2oz) of orange juice,15ml(1/2oz) of lemon juice.
シェークして、ロックグラスに注ぎます。

パイナップルジュースをシェークすることで出来る白い泡が口当たりをクリーミーにします。
スライスレモンを飾れば出来上がりです。
