Silk Stockings
30 ml. tequila
15 ml. white cacao
15ml. heavy cream
1 tsp. grenadine syrup
maraschino cherry
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.Garnish with maraschino cherry.

甘い濃厚な食後酒ですね。
Today’s drink is Silk Stockings.
This is a sweet after-dinner cocktail.
ベースはテキーラ。
合わせやすいマリアッチを30mlシェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 30ml of Tequila into the shaker.
ホワイトカカオを15ml。
その後生クリームも15ml。
Pour 15ml of White Cacao and 15ml of Heavy Cream.
グレナディンシロップを1tsp。
シェークをしてカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
Pour 1tsp of Grenadine Syrup.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
綺麗なピンク色のカクテルですね。
マラスキーノチェリーを飾れば完成です。
ホワイトカカオをブラウンカカオにかえてもう一杯作ってみましょう。

Garnish with a cherry.
I’ll make another silk stockings using brown cacao instead of white cacao.
ブラウンカカオで作ると肌色っぽくなりました。
色やメーカーによる味の違いはありますが、どれも濃厚な甘みで甘～いカクテル（強くてもOKという人向け）好きな人にはオススメです。
