Moka Alexander
30 ml. brandy
15 ml. kahlua
15 ml. heavy cream
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Today’s cocktail is Moka Alexander.
ブランデーを30ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 30ml of brandy into a shaker.
カルーアを15ml。
Pour 15ml of kahlua.
生クリームを15ml。
Pour 15ml of heavy cream.
シェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
カルーアミルクを大人にした感じです。
アルコールは感じますが、甘くて飲みやすいですね。
