RECIPE
Rum Gimlet
50 ml. white rum
30 ml. lime cordial
20 ml. lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Today’s cocktail is Rum Gimlet.
今日は、ラム・ギムレットを作ります。
Pour 50ml of white rum into a shaker.
ホワイトラムを50ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 30ml of lime cordial.
ライム・コーディアルを30ml。
Pour 20ml of lemon juice.
レモンジュースを20ml。
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
シェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
It’s sweeter than I expected.I’ll make this with fresh lime juice next time.
ライムコーディアルの風味が前に出て甘く、酸っぱいです。
フレッシュライムと砂糖でドライに仕上げるほうが今はいいかもしれませんね。
