Los Angels
45 ml. bourbon whiskey
1 dash sweet vermouth
15 ml. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
egg
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled champagne glass.

Pour 45ml of bourbon whiskey into a shaker.
バーボンウイスキーを45ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 15ml of lemon juice,1dash of sweet vermouth,1tsp of sugar.
レモンジュースを15ml、スイートベルモットを1ダッシュ、砂糖を1tsp。
Put 1 egg.
卵を1個。
Shake well with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
よくシェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。

細かい泡とレモンの酸味、バーボンの風味が混ざって何だか複雑な味です。
