RECIPE
Fourth Degree
20 ml. gin
20 ml. dry vermouth
20 ml. sweet vermouth
4 dashes absinthe
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Today’s cocktail is Fouth Degree.
今日は、フォース・ディグリーを作ります。
Pour 20ml of gin into a shaker.
ジンを20ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 20ml of dry vermouth.
ドライベルモットを20ml。
Pour 20ml of sweet vermouth,4 dashes of absinthe.
スイートベルモットを20ml、アブサンを4ダッシュ。
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
シェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
I felt absinthe a lot.I’ll try few dashes of absinthe next time.
少しアブサンを入れすぎたようで、ちょっとアブサンが主張しすぎていました。1ダッシュくらいの量から少しずつ様子を見て味のバランスを整えたほうが良さそうです。
