Whisky Smash
60 ml. whisky
1 tsp. sugar
4 mint leaves
orange slice
mint
Smash 4 mint leaves in a glass,pour whisky and sugar,stir.put some ice and stir.Garnish with orange slice and mint.

今日はウイスキー・スマッシュを作ります。
Smash 4 mint leaves in a glass.
グラスにミントの葉を4枚、入れてつぶします。
Pour 60ml of whisky.
ウイスキーを60ml。I.W.ハーパーを使いました。
Put 1tsp of sugar,stir and put some ice.
砂糖を1tsp。ステアして、氷を入れます。
Garnish with orange slice and mint.
オレンジ・スライスとミントを飾ります。
It’s strong..
砂糖の甘みが効いています。ただ、強いですね。
