Red Eye(coffee)
1 cup regular drip coffee
1 shot espresso
Build all ingredients in a cup.
今日はレッドアイを作ります。
レッドアイはカクテルでもありますがこちらはアレンジコーヒーです。
Today’s drink is Red Eye.
This time I made coffee Red Eye.
まずはコーヒーをドリップで抽出します。
Brew drip coffee.
ニカラグアとグァテマラの2種類で比較して見ましょう。
そしてエスプレッソをシングル抽出。豆はニカラグアです。
I brew two types of coffee(Nicaragua,Guatemala).
Brew espresso(single) by Nicaragua.
今回19グラムのエスプレッソに150グラムのドリップコーヒーを入れました。
This time I pour 150gram drip coffee into 19gram of espresso.
違う豆でのレッドアイは渋みがでてバランスが良くありませんでした。
同じ豆でのレッドアイでは濃い目のフレンチプレスのような味になりました。
これは量はあまり飲めませんね。
