1 shot espresso
steamed milk
thick steamed milk
chocolate sauce
Build espresso and steamed milk in a cup.put thick steamed milk,draw with chocolate sauce.
今日は3Dラテを作ります。
Today’s drink is 3D Latte.
3Dは普通のラテの上に固めのミルクの泡を乗せて作るのですが、固めの泡は予め別に作っておきます。
Make form milk that use on the cup first.
スチームで泡をある程度作り、ミルクフローサーでさらに空気を入れて硬くします。
Make steamed milk by espresso machine,then using milk forother to make more thick form.
そしてラテを作ります。真ん中に丸を作ってそれを土台にしましょう。
Make cafe latte.
スプーンを2つ使って固めの泡を乗せていきます。
Put thick milk form to use two spoons.
乗せた後はチョコレートソースなどで輪郭を描いていきます。
Then draw face with chocolate sauce.
始めのうちはバランスなど上手く取れないと思うのでこれはたくさん作って慣れていくしかないですね。
