Tom & Jerry
30 ml. white rum
15 ml. brandy
2 tsp. sugar
1 egg
boiling water
Separate egg.Beat the whites until stiff,and the yolks with sugar,mix with rum and brandy,pour a hot glass.Top with boiling water.
今日はトム・アンド・ジェリーを作ります。
クリスマス・ドリンクとして欧米では飲まれるそうです。
Today’s cocktail is Tom & Jerry.
まず卵を黄身と白身にわけ、別々に泡立てます。
黄身には砂糖2tspを加え、さらに泡立てて白身を足します。
Separate egg.Beat the whites until stiff,and beat the yolks with 2tsp of sugar then mix together in a bowl.
ラムは30mlボールに注ぎます。
Pour 30ml of white rum into the bowl.
そしてブランデーを15mlボールに注ぎさらに混ぜます。
Pour 15ml of brandy.Mix.
予め温めておいたグラスに材料を注ぎます。
Pour all stuff into a hot glass.
熱湯を加えれば出来上がりです。
Top with boiling water.
個人的にはもう少し甘みが欲しいですね。
角砂糖3つくらい入れたら飲みやすくなりました。
冬に雪山で遊んで帰ってきて、ロッジなどで飲むとホッとするでしょうね。
