Bourbon Buck
45 ml. bourbon
20 ml. lemon juice
ginger ale
Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
Today’s cocktail is Bourbon Buck.It also called “Mamie’s Southern Sister”.
今日はバーボン・バックを作ります。「マミーズ・サザン・シスター」とも呼ばれています。
Pour 45ml of bourbon into a glass with ice.
バーボンを45ml、氷を入れたグラスに注ぎます。
Pour 20ml of lemon juice.
レモンジュースを20ml。
Top with ginger ale.
ジンジャーエールで満たします。
I tried with dry and normal gingerale.
ジンジャーエールはウィルキンソン、ドライとノーマルジンジャーエールの二種類で比べてみます。
Dry ginger ale is very strong.I’ll try with canada dry next time.
左がドライ、右がノーマルです。ドライは少しパンチがありすぎたので、次回はカナダドライでも試したいですね。
