Ice Caffe Americano
150 ml. water
1-2 shots espresso
Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
今日はアイスアメリカーノを作ります。
Today’s drink is Ice Caffe Americano.
グラスに氷を入れ、十分に冷やしておきます。
Put a lot of ice in a glass.
水を150ml注ぎます。
Pour 150ml of water.
カップにエスプレッソをダブルで抽出します。
Brew 2shots of espresso.
抽出したエスプレッソを上から注ぎます。
Pour espresso on water with ice.
ちょっと濃いですね。
今度はエスプレッソの量をシングルにして、注いだ後によくステアしてキンキンに冷やします。
I felt too much coffee flavor,so pour 1shot of espresso instead of double shots.
コーヒーとは思えないすっきりした飲み物になりました。
美味しいです。
