Espresso Frappe with Chocochips Cookie
100ml. espresso-base(mixed espresso and milk-the ratio of 1 to 2.4)
40 ml. simple syrup
150g. crushed ice
1 ? chocochips cookie
whipped cream
? chocochips cookie
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired thickness.Pour into a collins glass.Garnish with whipped cream and chocochips cookie.
今日はチョコチップクッキーフラッペを作ります。
Today’s drink is Espresso Frappe with Chocochips Cookie.
エスプレッソと牛乳を1:2.4で合わせたエスプレッソベースを100ml、プレーンシロップを40mlブレンダーに注ぎます。
Pour 100ml of espresso-base(mixed espresso and milk-the ratio of 1 to 2.4) and 40ml of simple syrup into a blender.
チョコチップクッキーを1枚半砕いて入れます。
クラッシュアイスを150g入れ、ブレンダーにかけます。
Put 1 ? chocochips cookie and 150g of crushed ice into a blender.
Blend well at high speed.
グラスに注ぎます。
Pour into a collins glass.
ホイップクリームと砕いたチョコチップクッキーを乗せれば完成！

そんなに悪くないんですが、さくさくした食感のクッキーは液体とそれほど合ってませんでした。
クッキーもいろいろ相性ありそうですね。
This is not so bad,but mouthfeel is bit strange.
Next time I’ll try with another cookie.
