Matador
30 ml. tequila
45 ml. pineapple juice
15 ml. fresh lime juice
pineapple
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rock glass with ice.Garnish with pineapple.

材料はテキーラ＋パイナップルジュース＋フレッシュライムジュースです。

テキーラはマリアッチとサウザで比較してみましょう。
パイナップルはブロック型にカットしてハンドジューサーで絞り、ライムも絞って材料を全てシェーカーに注ぎ、氷を入れてシェークします。
Pour 30ml of tequila,45ml of pineapple juice,15ml of fresh lime juice into a shaker.
パイナップルジュースにより白い泡が浮いてきます。
カットしたパイナップルをグラスに飾りましょう。

マリアッチはジュースの風味が前面に出ているのでテキーラが好きな人はサウザで作ったほうがいいでしょう。ライムとパイナップルがあればぜひ飲んで欲しいカクテルです。美味しい！
