Little Princess
30 ml. white rum
30 ml. sweet vermouth
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
今日はリトル・プリンセスを作ります。
Today’s cocktail is Little Princess.
ベースはホワイトラム。すっきりと飲みやすいバカルディホワイトを使います。
I used Bacardi white.
ラムは30ml。
Pour 30ml of bacardi white rum into a mixing glass with ice.
そしてスイートベルモットを30ml。
Pour 30ml of sweet vermouth.
ステアして、カクテルグラスに注ぎます。
Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
スイートベルモットの甘みが幾分か和らいでまろやかな味になっています。
アルコール度数は強いはずなのにあまり感じさせないカクテルです。
