RECIPE
Rose
40 ml. dry vermouth
20 ml. kirschwasser
1 dash raspberry syrup
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Today’s cocktail is Rose.
ベースはドライベルモット。40ml氷を入れたミキシンググラスに注ぎます。
Pour 40ml of dry vermouth into a mixing glass with ice.
キルシュワッサーを20ml。
Pour 20ml of kirschwasser.
ラズベリーシロップを1ダッシュ。
Pour 1 dash of raspberry syrup.
ステアして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
綺麗なピンク色のカクテルです。
少し強さも感じます。さすが、バラというカクテルだけありますね。
