Yuzu-ade
10 ml. yuzu juice
10 ml. simple syrup
60 ml. club soda
Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
Today’s cocktail is Yuzu-ade.

I used a yuzu.
レモネードの柚子バージョンだからユズエードです。
なのでユズを使います。
Pour 10ml of yuzu juice into a glass with ice.
ユズを10ml、氷を入れたグラスに注ぎます。
Pour 10ml of simple syrup.
シンプルシロップを10ml。
Pour 60ml of club soda.
ソーダを60ml。
It tastes sour.
ユズによって酸味が変わるのでその都度配分を変える必要がありますね。
すっきり味です。
