Passoa Orange
30 ml. passoa
orange juice
orange slice
Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.Garnish with a slice of orange.
今日はパッソアオレンジを作ります。
ご覧のとおり、パッションフルーツのリキュールです。
Today’s cocktail is Passoa Orange.
結構つるつるして滑りやすいボトルですね。
6ozのグラスに10ml入れてみました。
Pour 30ml of passoa into a glass with ice.I poured 10ml into a 6oz glass.
オレンジジュースはまずは市販の紙パックのものを。
Top with orange juice.
オレンジスライスを入れれば完成です。
同じようにパッソアを15ml入れたものと20ml入れたものを作って比較してみました。
15mlが一番バランスが良かったです。

ということで今度はパッソア15ml、フレッシュオレンジジュースを入れて作ってみましょう。
