Commodore
45 ml. rye whiskey
15 ml. lime juice
2 dashes orange bitters
1 tsp. sugar syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Today’s cocktail is Commodore.
ベースはライウイスキー。45mlシェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 45ml of rye whiskey into a shaker.
ライムジュースは15ml。ライム半分じゃちょっと足りませんでした。
Pour 15ml of lime juice.
オレンジビターズは2ダッシュ。シュガーシロップを1tsp入れてシェークします。
Pour 2dashes of orange bitters,1tsp of sugar syrup.
ライムの香りが爽やかなカクテルですね。

さっぱりしていてなかなか美味しいです。
スムースなライウイスキーとライムの酸味で口の中がすがすがしくなりますね。
