Affinity
30 ml. whisky
15 ml. dry vermouth
15 ml. sweet vermouth
2 dashes aromatic bitters
lemon twist
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.Garnish with lemon twist.
今日はアフィニティを作ります。「密接な関係」という意味で、イギリス・フランス・イタリア3カ国のお酒を使って表現するのがポイントだそうです。
Today’s cocktail is Affinity.
イギリス代表スコッチウイスキーがベースです。
Pour 30ml of scotch whisky into a mixing glass with ice.
フランス代表、ドライベルモットです。
Pour 15ml of dry vermouth.
そしてイタリア代表スイートベルモット。
Pour 15ml of sweet vermouth,2dashes of aromatic bitters.
アロマチックビターズを入れてからステアします。
冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎ、レモンピールを絞れば出来上がり！

さっぱりとして意外に飲みやすいです。
「密接な関係」ということなので密接な関係になりたい人と飲むときにはメッセージをこめて飲むといいかもしれませんね。多分気づかれませんが。。。
