Fallen Angel
45 ml. gin
15 ml. lemon juice
2 dashes creme de menthe white
1 dash angostura bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
今日はフォールン・エンジェルを作ります。
Today’s cocktail is Fallen Angel.
ベースのジンを45ml。
今回は何にでも合わせやすいビーフィーターを使いました。
Pour 45ml of beefeater gin into a shaker.
レモンジュースを15ml。
Pour 15ml of lemon juice.
クレーム・ド･ミント（ホワイト）を2ダッシュ、アンゴスチュラビターズを1ダッシュ。
Pour 2 dashes of creme de menthe white,1 dash of angostura bitters.
シェークしてカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
ジンとレモンジュースのつなぎとしてミント、ビターズを使っているのですが、どちらかというとベルモットが合う気がします。
まだまだ勉強が必要ですね。
