Framboise Grapefruit
30 ml. framboise
grapefruit juice
Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
今日はフランボワーズ・グレープフルーツを作ります。
Today’s cocktail is Framboise Grapefruit.
フランボワーズはフランス語でラズベリーの事を指し、これは甘酸っぱいリキュールです。
Framboise is raspberry in French.
This liquor is sweet,sour of raspberry.
フランボワーズを30ml注ぎます。
Pour 30ml of Framboise into a glass.
絞ったグレープフルーツを注ぎます。
これはホワイトグレープフルーツで作りました。
Pour white grapefruit juice to fill the glass.
ステアしたら完成です。
ピンクグレープフルーツでも作ってみましょう。
I tried with ping grapefruit juice.
写真ではわかりにくいですが、ホワイトグレープフルーツジュースは肌色に近く、ピンクグレープフルーツジュースではピンク色のカクテルになりました。
ホワイトグレープフルーツジュースはさっぱり甘めで不快ではないですが、若干グレープフルーツのえぐみが感じられました。
ピンクグレープフルーツジュースはしっかりと甘く、ちょっとくどいくらいでした。
どちらもほんの少し（10-20mlくらい）ソーダを入れるとバランスが良く美味しいのでオススメのカクテルです。
The cocktail color with white grapefruit juice is fresh,and with pink grape fruit juice is peach.
The cocktail with white grapefruit juice tastes refresh,bit harshness.
The cocktail with ping grapefruit juice tastes very sweet.
So both cocktail add few soda,it tastes very good.
