Scotch Mist
60 ml. scotch whisky
lemon twist.
1. Shake a scotch whisky with ice and pour into rock glass.Garnish with lemon twist.
2. Build a scotch whisky into a rock glass filled with crushed ice.

今日はスコッチ・ミストを作ります。
1. Pour 60ml of scotch whisky into a shaker.
作り方1 スコッチウイスキーを60ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Shake with ice and strain into rock glass.
シェークして、ロックグラスに注ぎます。
Put some ice into the glass.Garnish with lemon twist.
シェーカーの中の氷をグラスに入れます。レモンピールをすれば完成です。
Or 2. Pour 60ml of scotch whisky into a rock glass filled with crushed ice.
作り方2 スコッチウイスキーを60ml、クラッシュアイスを入れたロックグラスに注ぎます。
I like it with crushed ice.
クラッシュアイスの方がより冷たさを感じます。個人的にはクラッシュアイスの方が好みですね。
