Millionaire
45 ml. bourbon(rye) whiskey
15 ml. white curacao
2 tsp. grenadine syrup
1 egg white
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Today’s cocktail is Millionaire.

Pour 45ml of bourbon(rye) whiskey into a shaker.
バーボン（ライ）ウイスキーを45ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。今回はライウイスキーを使いました。
Pour 15ml of white curacao,2tsp of grenadine syrup.
ホワイトキュラソーを15ml、グレナディンシロップを2tsp。
Pour 1 egg white.
卵白を1個分。
Shake well with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
よくシェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。

卵白の泡立ちとコアントロー、グレナディンシロップの甘みが美味しいですね。甘く、強いカクテルです。
