Tequila Sunrise
45 ml. tequila
90 ml. orange juice
2 tsp. grenadine syrup
orange slice
Build first two ingredients into a glass with ice.Pour the grenadine syrup,which will sink to the bottom..Garnish with slice orange.
今日はローリング・ストーンズのミック・ジャガーが愛したテキーラサンライズを作ります。
元々はメキシコのマイナーなカクテルでしたが、ミック・ジャガーが絶賛したことで知られるようになりました。
そういえば、イーグルスの曲でもテキーラサンライズってありますね。
Today’s cocktail is Tequila Sunrise.
テキーラにオレンジジュースを注ぎ、グレナディンシロップを沈めると出来上がり！
朝焼けの空をイメージして混ぜずに提供します。
Pour 45ml of tequila,90ml of orange juice into a glass with ice.
サウザとマリアッチで作ったんですが、マリアッチのほうがよりマイルドでした。
今度はオレンジジュースをフレッシュで絞ります。
Pour 2tsp of grenadine syrup,will sink to the bottom.
フレッシュオレンジジュースは市販のオレンジジュースと比べてよりオレンジがかってますね。
I tried with fresh orange juice.
グレナディンを静めると出来上がり！
テキーラが強いと酔いやすいので、テキーラの分量を少なくしたほうが僕は好きです。
Pour the grenadine like in above picture.
