Citron Wedding
45 ml. citron jenever
10 ml. lemon juice
club soda
sliced lemon
Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.Garnish with sliced lemon.

Today’s cocktail is Citron Wedding.
レモン風味のリキュール、シトロン･ジュネバを使います。
I used citron jenever.
45ml注ぎます。
その後はフレッシュレモンの酸味を加えます。
Pour 45ml of citron junever into a colling glass filled with ice.
10mlがレシピですが、レモンにより酸味の強さが異なるので調節しましょう。
Pour 10ml of lemon juice.
ソーダで割って、スライスレモンを入れれば完成です。
Top with club soda.Garnish with sliced lemon.
レモンスカッシュのような味を想像していたのですが、リキュールの風味が前面に出ていますね。
見た目が爽やかで素敵です。
