Shoyo Juling
30 ml. green tea liquor
oolong tea
Build all ingredients in a glass with ice.
今日は照葉樹林を作ります。
常緑広葉樹林の中でも葉の表面がテカテカしている樹木で西日本には良く見られます。
Today’s cocktail is Shoyo Juling.
ベースはグリーンティ・リキュール。
I used of course,greed tea liquor.
タンブラーに30ml注ぎます。
Pour 30ml of green tea liquor into a tumbler with ice.
照葉樹林は中国南西部でも多く見られます。
ということで中国を代表するウーロン茶で割れば出来上がりです。
Top with oolong tea.
お茶屋さんなどにあるグリーンティーの味そのままですね。
意外と美味しいです。オススメ。
