Jack-in-the-box
30 ml. apple brandy
30 ml. pineapple juice
1 dash bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Today’s cocktail is Jack-in-the-box.
アップルブランデーを30ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。今回はカルヴァドスを使いました。
Pour 30ml of apple brandy into a shaker.
パイナップルジュースを30ml。
Pour 30ml of pineapple juice.
ビターズを1ダッシュ。
Pour 1dash of bitters.
シェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
パイナップルの風味はあまりなく、ずいぶんすっきりした味です。
後味が変わった感じですね。
