RECIPE
Opal
20 ml. gin
20 ml. dry vermouth
1 dash pernod
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Today’s cocktail is Opal.
今日は、オパールを作ります。
Pour 20ml of gin into a mixing glass with ice.
ジンを20ml、氷を入れたミキシンググラスに注ぎます。
Pour 20ml of dry vermouth.
ドライベルモットを20ml。
Pour 2 dashes of pernod.
ペルノーを2ダッシュ。
Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
ステアして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。

ほんの数ダッシュでもペルノーの風味は強いですね。
