God’s Child
30 ml. vodka
10 ml. amaretto
40 ml. heavy cream
1 tsp. powder sugar
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Today’s cocktail is God’s Child.
今日は、ゴッズ・チャイルドを作ります。
Pour 30ml of vodka into a shaker.
ウオッカを30ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 10ml of amaretto.
アマレットを10ml。
Pour 40ml of heavy cream,1tsp of powder sugar.
生クリームを40ml、パウダーシュガーを1tsp。
Shake well with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
よくシェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
It’s not sweeter than I expected,but not bad.
さっぱりだけどミルキーです。
もう少しパウダーシュガーを足してもいいかもしれませんね。
