RECIPE
The Calvados
3 g. black tea leaf(ceylon blend)
150 ml. boiling water
10 ml. calvados
Make a cup of tea and add calvados.
Today’s cocktail is The Calvados.
今日は、テ・カルバドスを作ります。
Use 6g(make 2) of ceylon blend black tea leaves into tea pot.
セイロンブレンドを6g(2人分)ティーポットに入れます。
Pour boiking water over the tea leaves and wait for 3 minutes.
熱湯を300ml(2人分)注ぎ、3分待ちます。
Pour 150ml of black tea into a cup.
抽出した紅茶を150mlカップに注ぎます。
Pour 10ml of calvados.
カルバドスを10ml注ぎます。
It tastes calvados flavor..
カルバドスは風味付け程度ですので好みで1tsp～10mlで調節するといいですね。他の紅茶でも試してみると面白そうです。
