RECIPE
Pink Gin
1 glass gin
2-3 dashes angostura bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Today’s cocktail is Pink Gin.

I used beefeater gin.
今回はビーフィータージンを使いました。
Pour 1glass(60ml) of gin into a mixing glass with ice.
ジンを1グラス(60ml)、氷を入れたミキシンググラスに注ぎます。
Pour 2dashes of angostura bitters.
アンゴスチュラビターズを2ダッシュ。
Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
ステアして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
It looks orange color.It’s almost gin.
色はピンクというより薄いオレンジですね。これは、強いです。
