Port Flip
45 ml. port wine
1tsp. sugar
1 egg yolk
nutmeg
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled wine glass.Garnish with nutmeg.

Pour 45ml of port wine into a shaker.
ポートワインを45ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 1tsp of sugar.
砂糖を1tsp。
Put 1 egg yolk.
卵黄を1個。
Shake well with ice and strain into chilled wine glass.
よくシェークして、ワイングラスに注ぎます。
