RECIPE
Sledge Hammer
50 ml. vodka
10 ml. lime juice(cordial)
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
今日はスレッジハンマーを作ります。
Today’s cocktail is Sledge Hammer.
ベースはウオッカ。スミノフとアブソルートで作り比べてみましょう。
まずは50mlスミノフをシェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 50ml of Smirnoff Vodka into a shaker.
10mlライムコーディアルを注ぎます。
Pour 10ml of lime cordial.
シェークして、カクテルグラスに注ぎます。
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
同じように今度はアブソルートをベースに作ります。
Then make another one using absolut vodka instead of smirnoff.
スレッジハンマーとは大きなハンマーの事です。
スミノフとアブソルート、どちらもそんなに違いはありませんが、アルコールがガツンときます。ライムコーディアルの独特の風味が残るのでライムコーディアルを自作しても面白いかも知れません。
