RECIPE
Yellow Parrot
20 ml. apricot brandy
20 ml. pernod
20 ml. yellow chartreuse
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Today’s cocktail is Yellow Parrot.
アプリコットブランデーを20ml、氷を入れたミキシンググラスに注ぎます。
Pour 20ml of apricot brandy into a mixing glass with ice.
ペルノーを20ml。
Pour 20ml of pernod.
シャルトリューズ・イエローを20ml。
Pour 20ml of yellow chartreuse.
ステアして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
ペルノーとシャルトリューズという個性の強い甘いリキュールにさらに甘いアプリコットブランデーが入るので覚悟していましたが、予想以上にペルノーの風味と甘さがドーンっときます。なんじゃこりゃ！
