Yuzu-ade(Water)
10 ml. yuzu juice
10 ml. simple syrup
60 ml. water
Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
Today’s cocktail is Yuzu-ade.

I used a yuzu.
ユズを使います。
Pour 10ml of yuzu juice into a glass with ice.
ユズを10ml、氷を入れたグラスに注ぎます。
Pour 10ml of simple syrup.
シンプルシロップを10ml。
Pour 60ml of water.
水を60ml。
It’s a bit sour.
すっきりした味ですね。
