Cafe Tobio
1 part regular drip coffee
1 part espresso
Build all ingredients in a cup.
今日はカフェ・トビオを作ります。
エスプレッソとドリップコーヒーを同じ割合で合わせたものです。
Today’s drink is Cafe Tobio which is mixing espresso and drip coffee one-to-one.
エスプレッソをシングル抽出します。
Brew espresso(single) into a cup
エスプレッソの量に合わせるのでカップはエスプレッソ用を使います。
I use small espresso cup.
Pour drip coffee into it.
エスプレッソよりは飲みやすいですが、お湯で割って濃いアメリカーノのように飲んでも同じようなものになりそうです。
また、ドリップコーヒーをエスプレッソと同じものと異なるものの二種類で比べてみたのですが、味の違いはあまり感じられませんでした。
砂糖を入れるのであればエスプレッソのままの方がスイーツっぽくなるので砂糖なしで飲むといいかもしれませんね。
Not so stronger than espresso,I think if I pour hot water instead of drip coffee,I couldn’t find any tastes differences.
I tried two types of drip coffee(Nicaragua,Guatemala),but tastes almost same.
I prefer drink it without sugar.
