Sherry Twist
30 ml. dry sherry
20 ml. whisky
10 ml. orange juice
1 tsp. white curacao(cointreau)
cinnamon powder
lemon twist
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.Garnish with cinnamon powder and lemon twist.

Today’s cocktail is Sherry Twist.
ベースはドライシェリー。30mlシェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 30ml of dry sherry into a shaker.
ウイスキーを20ml。軽い味わいのライウイスキーを使いました。
オレンジジュースを10ml、コアントローを1tsp注ぎます。
Pour 20ml of whisky,10ml of orange juice,1tsp of cointreau.
シェークして、カクテルグラスに注ぎます。

シナモンパウダーをふりかけてレモンピールをすれば出来上がり。
Garnish with cinnamon powder and lemon twist.
シェリーの風味が和らいですっと飲める軽い感じのカクテルですね。
