Hunter with coffee infusion whiskey
45 ml. coffee infusion whiskey
15 ml. cherry brandy
coffee infusion whiskey
20 g. grind coffee
80 ml. rye whiskey
aeropress(inverted method-1 min.)
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
今日はコーヒーインフュージョンウイスキーを使ったハンターを作ります。
Today’s cocktail is Hunter with coffee infusion whiskey.
コーヒーインフュージョンウイスキーはエアロプレスをインバートスタイルにして、コーヒー豆の粉20gを入れ80mlのライウイスキーを注ぎます。
I made coffee infusion whiskey first.Put 20g of grind coffee into an AeroPress(inverted method) and pour 80ml of rye whiskey.
1分後に撹拌、ペーパーフィルターで抽出しました。
Stir after 1min.brew by paper filter.
45ml氷を入れたミキシンググラスに注ぎます。
その後、チェリーブランデーを15ml注ぎます。
Pour 45ml of coffee infusion whiskey into a mixing glass with ice.
Pour 15ml of cherry brandy.
ステアして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
アルコールが強いとコーヒーが負けてしまいますね。
なかなか難しい…
