RECIPE
Texas Fizz
45 ml. dry gin
20 ml. orange juice
2 tsp. sugar
club soda
Shake all ingredients except club soda and strain into tumbler glass.Add some ice.Top with club soda.
今日は、テキサス・フィズを作ります。
Today’s cocktail is Texas Fizz.
ドライジンを45ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 45ml of dry gin into a shaker.
オレンジジュースを20ml。
Pour 20ml of orange juice.
パウダーシュガーを2tsp。
Putt 2tsp of powder sugar.
シェークして、冷やしたタンブラーに注ぎます。氷を入れ、ソーダで満たします。
Shake with ice and strain into chilled tumbler glass.
Add some ice and top with club soda.
砂糖の量が多い分、甘さを感じますがもう少し酸味があった方が個人的には好きです。
I thought add some acidity will be better taste.
