Macaroni
40 ml. absinthe
20 ml. sweet vermouth
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Today’s cocktail is Macaroni.

アブサンを使います。
Pour 40ml of absinthe into a shaker.
アブサンを40ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 20ml of sweet vermouth.
スイートベルモットを20ml。
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
シェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。

これは…アブサンの風味が強すぎて舌にピリピリ来ます。アブサン好きな人にいいかもしれません。
