RECIPE
Modern(No.2)
40 ml. sloe gin
20 ml. scotch whisky
1 dash absinthe
1 dash grenadine syrup
1 dash orange bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Today’s cocktail is Modern(No.2)
今日は、モダーンNo.2を作ります。
Pour 40ml of sloe gin into a shaker.
スロージンを40ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 20ml of scotch whisky.
スコッチウイスキーを20ml。
Pour 1dash of absinthe,1dash of grenadine syrup,orange bitters.
アブサンを1ダッシュ、グレナディンシロップを1ダッシュ、オレンジビターズを1ダッシュ。
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
シェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
It tastes sweet,after taste is flavor of scotch.
後味にスコッチの風味が残り、結構甘いですね。アルコールも強いですが、甘さがあるのであまり感じません。
