RECIPE
Zoom Cocktail
30 ml. brandy
15 ml. honey
15 ml. heavy cream
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
今日は、ズーム・カクテルを作ります。
Today’s cocktail is Zoom Cocktail.
ブランデーを30ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 30ml of brandy into a shaker.
ハチミツを15ml。
Pour 15ml of honey.
生クリームを15ml。
Pour 15ml of heavy cream.
シェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
甘くてなかなか美味しいです。ちょっと癖もあるのでブランデーとハチミツをどれにするかもう少し研究したほうがいいですね。
