RECIPE
Russian Bear
30 ml. vodka
10 ml. creme de cacao brown
40 ml. heavy cream
1 tsp. powder sugar
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Pour 30ml of vodka into a shaker.
ウオッカを30ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 10ml of creme de cacao brown.
クレーム・ド・カカオ・ブラウンを10ml。
Pour 40ml of heavy cream,1tsp of powder sugar.
生クリームを40ml、パウダーシュガーを1tsp。
Shake well with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
よくシェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
It tastes sweet but not too much.
Add some sugar will be more rich tastes.
ほんのり甘いカクテルです。
パウダーシュガーを2,3tspにして濃厚な甘みにしてもいいかもしれませんね。
