RECIPE
Thistle
30 ml. scotch whisky
30 ml. sweet vermouth
1 dash angostura bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Today’s cocktail is Thistle.
今日は、シスルを作ります。
Pour 30ml of scotch whisky into a shaker.
スコッチウイスキーを30ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 30ml of sweet vermouth.
スイートベルモットを30ml。
Pour 1dash of angostura bitters.
アンゴスチュラビターズを1ダッシュ。
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
シェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。

スコッチの風味とスイートベルモットの甘さが意外に合いますね。なかなか美味しいです。スコッチをいろいろ変えても面白いですね。
