Whisky and Hojicha
30 ml. whisky
90 ml. hojicha
Build all ingredients in a glass with ice.
Today’s cocktail is Whisky and Hojicha.
今日はウイスキーのほうじ茶割りを作ります。
This is hojicha.
ほうじ茶です。
Brew hojicha and cool it.
ほうじ茶を淹れて冷やしておきます(5g,200ml,100℃,30秒)。
Pour 30ml of whisky into a glass with ice.
ウイスキーを30ml、氷を入れたグラスに注ぎます。
Pour 90ml of hojicha.
ほうじ茶を90ml。ステアして完成です。
