Sherry Cocktail
1 glass sherry
4 dashes dry vermouth
4 dashes orange bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Today’s cocktail is Sherry Cocktail.
今日は、シェリー・カクテルを作ります。
Pour 1glass(60ml) of sherry into a mixing glass with ice.
シェリーを60ml（1グラス分）、氷を入れたミキシンググラスに注ぎます。
Pour 4dashes of dry vermouth.
ドライベルモットを4ダッシュ。
Pour 4dashes of orange bitters.
オレンジビターズを4ダッシュ。
Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
ステアして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
It’s good for aperitif.
さっぱりしていて飲みやすく、美味しいですね。
